Battlefield Mobility increases your movement speed while blocking. It's a very useful passive, especially for PvP fighters, as it means you can block against RDD while covering ground quicker. Battlefield Mobility and the Deflect Bolts passives work great in this situation as Deflect Bolts increases blocking efficiency against ranged attacks.
