Twin Slashes is an ability you can use while holding two one handed weapons. This attack performs two hits on the target with physical damage. Following the initial strikes, the target is affected by a DOT; bleeding for 7 seconds. After reaching the 4th level of the skill you’ll be able to morph Blood Craze, a small self-heal HOT, or Rending Slashes that slows the target.

The ability is great for a damage dealer. It allows you to apply a DoT that may kill the enemy if he has low health and tries to run away. Also the morphs are very handy, as you can apply a bleed and a snare and a HoT can mean the difference between life and death.
