Requires	Destruction Staff
Type:	Passive

Destruction staff heavy attacks have the following effects:
- Frost - Snare enemy 30% for 3.5 seconds
- Shock - Deals 5% splash damage to 2 nearby foes
- Fire - Reduce enemy spell resistance by 4 for 6 seconds

Note: all the effects in the ability description won’t be applied to a target simultaneously when you attack it. Only one debuff will be applied depending on the type of your staff. For example if you have frost staff enemy will be only snared. If you attack target with fire staff target’s spell resistance will decrease.
