Stonefist throws a chunk of rock at the target, dealing direct damage and knocking him down.
Though the damage of the ability is not very high, its main bonus is the knock-back effect. At the low levels, Stonefist can knock down the enemy for 3 seconds. Making this is a great move for incapacitating your foes to stop them from casting, prevent them from running away or give yourself some time to run away.
All these characteristics make Stonefist a rather good ability for many situations.
