Obsidian Shield

Obsidian Shield creates a magical shield around the character and his nearby allies that absorbs a portion of incoming damage. The caster’s own shield is two times stronger.
Note, that the spell does not absorb all damage. Only 40 percent will be neutralized, so players will still receive damage . The shield is active until it absorbs 13 damage and either absorb all the damage it can and be destroyed or fade after 20 seconds. But bare in mind that the more you progress in this spell the stronger the shield is.
It's a useful spell in both PvP and PvE. Though the strength of the spell is not huge, it can be applied to all friendly targets around you and could make the difference between winning and losing. It is a good tactic to get together before the fight and receive the Obsidian Shield from your Dragon Knight buffer. Just be careful, as you can see a lot of skills have AoE effects, so you don't want be caught sleeping by an enemy ultimate.
