- Deals Physical damage
- Snares target for medium duration
- Reduces targets weapon damage

Low Slash deals damage, snares enemy and reduces his weapon damage. It is an active ability of the One Hand and Shield skill line. The spell applies two negative effects to the target: it becomes slower and deals less damage with weapons. It is a great ability against a boss who inflicts weapon damage in PvE or against another player in PvP. Sword and Board play-style has been shown to be surprisingly effective in other MMO's, so don't be surprised if you see it in Cyrodill.
