Hawk Eye is a passive ability of Bow skill line. It makes your bow attacks against vulnerable targets much stronger. It is unknown how to make target “vulnerable” but it seems that you can make enemy vulnerable by applying debuffs. Thus it is a great passive that will help you when you play in a group. Your allies will apply different debuffs to target and you will benefit from it.
