Elder Dragon is a passive ability that increases the speed of health regeneration for each Draconic Power ability on your current Hotbar.
This passive will help you a lot if you focus on Draconic Power skills. The more skills from this line you use the more beneficial the passive.
Don’t forget that you receive extra regeneration only if your current hotbar has Draconic Power abilities. If you swich to the second hotbar where there are no Draconic Power skills (or fewer skills) your bonus will disappear (or will become less effective).
