When you hit low health target your Lightning Spells have a chance to disintegrate it. This is a good extra effect that can be received at a relatively low cost. Though it affects only a definite percentage of your attacks it will give you extra advantage in battle.
The percentage based chance will be increased when you advance to the second rank.
The spell works against enemies with low health only.
