Rebate is a passive ability of Sorcerer that recovers 10% of max magicka when your summon is killed. It is a rather beneficial ability because most of your helpers are not very strong and will not survive in big battles for a long time. Extra magicka allows to resummons the creature again very fast after it was killed.
The great thing about this passive is that it has percentage based effect, so the larger magicka pool you have the more energy you recover from Rebate.
