Master Assassin is a passive ability of Nightblade class. It increases efficiency of using shadow and stealth. Your attacks from stealth or invisibility become stronger and you deal more damage. Such attacks also stun enemies for longer. You become master of assassination.
It is a must have passive for any Nightblade who specializes in using shadow and stealth. Most of Nightblades will need this passive because stealth attacks is their specialization. As you know all classes in Elder Scrolls Online can use stealth and can sneak. But only Nightblade has great passives that make his stealth much better.
