Fire Rune is a protective spell from Mages Guild tree. Mage creates a fire rune that deals damage when enemy enters the area of the rune. The rune can be placed anywhere in a definite range. This spell can be used as a protective if you place the rune near your character. You can also protect your ally using this ability.
It is a good ability for PvP when you need to protect someone or specific place. For example you can place this spell right into the entrance of your keep. Enemies will have to go through the Fire Rune and will receive damage.
