This is not true! The Eastmarch Pathfinder is required + Completing all 6 for the Eastmarch caves and striking locals in order to unlock the achievement which gives you «Sulfur Pools Yellow». From what I can tell, this appears to be a hotter yellow than the Questers Yellow, but I've not been able to confirm this yet (hopefully soon!)
