Even though they're dead, Ix-Utha's Argonian brethren still act as slaves to the risen Chimer. They've returned to serve their cruel spectral masters.
The Argonian spirit has asked me to free the spirits of the dead from their undead masters. I'll need to destroy the Chimer spirits keeping them trapped on Nirn.
