Deflect Bolts increase blocking effect against projectiles and other ranged attacks. This passive will be helpful in PvP against ranged damage dealers. Tanks usually don’t have amazing DPS but can protect themselves against dangerous enemies such as RDDs. If you block ranged attack with a shield you will not receive full damage, and Deflect Bolts makes your block even more stronger increasing your survivability against ranged attacks.
