Dark Magic is one of three schools that Sorcerer can master. The school consists mostly of debuffs and control spells. Dark Magic spells allow silencing, immobilize, knockback and snare enemies. Passive abilities of this path are also great and allow you to restore your health, increase duration and strength of Dark Magic spells.

This school is for those players who like to control target. There are no spells that can deal heavy damage. All spells and skills are targeted to immobilize and control enemies. Dark Magic spells can be helpful in massive PvP when you control enemies and your allies deal damage. In such situation, you can even focus on using controlling spells. You can also use the Dark Magic path in PvP fights. The spells are extremely effective if you play as a ranged character. You can easily keep the distance and kite the enemy with your magical staff or bow.

Negate Magic

Negate Magic (Ultimate Skill)

Dispel enemy magic effects in area. Each enemy who casts in the area will be silenced and take heavy damage This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Encase

Encase (Active Skill)

The spell allows to immobilize enemies in front of you for a short period of time. This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Daedric Mines

Daedric Mines (Active Skill)

Summons several mines that damage and immobilize nearby enemies This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Rune Prison

Rune Prison (Active Skill)

- Disorient enemy x seconds
- Targets have increased health regeneration while affected This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Dark Exchange

Dark Exchange (Active Skill)

Converts your stamina pool into health and magicka. This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Repulse

Repulse (Active Skill)

Knocks back and snares nearby enemies. This ability can be upgraded (Morphed) into one of the following abilities:

Unholy Knowledge

Unholy Knowledge (Passive Skill)

Permanently reduces magicka and stamina costs of any spell

Blood Magic

Blood Magic (Passive Skill)

Sorcerer restores a definite percent of his max health every time he hits enemy with Dark Magic spell.

Persistence

Persistence (Passive Skill)

Increases duration of your dark magic spells

Exploitation

Exploitation (Passive Skill)

Iincreases critical strike rating when Sorcerer attacks enemy affected by Dark Magic.
