Arrow Spray deals damage while also snaring the target. The ability is very useful against close combat opponents because they can attack you while you are close enough to them. This splell slows down the enemy and allows you to control distance better.
A good combo would be scatter shot + Snipe and then an arrow spray to prevent your enemy from closing down the distance quickly. This looks to be a great skill for kiting whether that may be in PvP or against high level Npc’s.
